MOSFET Drivers

CHiL’s high frequency synchronous MOSFET drivers for Servers feature

  • Ability to switch large high and low side MOSFETs with low Rdson and high input capacitance at high frequency with short transition times
  • Variable gate voltages optimized independently for both high and low side MOSFETs to reduce gate switching losses
