CHiL Semiconductor Corp. is a fabless semiconductor company that designs, develops and markets intelligent mixed-signal semiconductors for the power management market, implementing unique digital control and striving to create energy efficient solutions. Design architects have made progress managing this growing power demand by smart switching of the processor circuitry. But, this approach creates sharp current transients and demands quick bursts of high energy. To meet these requirements, many engineers surround the processor with bulk capacitors and related circuitry. Bulk capacitors reduce system reliability, increase footprint on the board and result in higher cost.

The CHiL solution addresses these problems by eliminating the bulk capacitors. Our new mixed-signal technology provides extraordinary reliability and cost savings. This new technology will enable designers to pursue smaller and more energy efficient designs for desktop PCs, notebook computers, servers, graphics cards and related devices.


Products Under Development
CHiL's technology is being realized today in integrated circuits. These products will improve power architecture efficiency and reliability while reducing power dissipation and system costs all at the same time.
