Analog/Mixed Signal IC Designers
Description:
We are looking for a talented experienced Analog/Mixed-Signal IC designer to become a part of the CHiL Semiconductor team. The successful candidate will have broad experience in design of sub-micron CMOS Analog/Mixed-Signal Circuit blocks such as data converters, amplifiers, switched capacitor circuits, on-chip voltage regulators and precision clock generators. The candidate will work on next-generation intelligent Power Converter Controllers.
Responsibilities include:
- Development of CMOS Analog Circuit blocks and architectures for advanced Power Converter Controllers and High-Voltage Switching Devices
- Block and chip analog floor-planning and I/O cell development
- Work with chip architects and algorithm developers to define the chip and chip features
Qualifications:
- BSEE/ME/PhD or equivalent with 5 years related experience
- Experience with CMOS Analog Circuit design including data conversion circuitry, amplifiers, voltage references and regulators, switched capacitor circuits, I/O circuits, clock oscillators, etc. Experience with 0.18 micron CMOS processes is a plus
- Experience with design of Power Converter Controllers and High-Voltage Switching Devices for the PC Motherboard and Server markets is a plus
- Experience with low power design techniques
- Experience designing and introducing to manufacturing complex Mixed-Signal integrated circuits
- Experience with all phases of Mixed-Signal IC Design (systems-level, circuit-level, spice simulation, custom layout, bench validation, manufacturing test)
- Familiarity with Cadence Design System’s Analog/Mixed-Signal design environment
- Experience with Mixed-Signal Designs and Mixed-Signal development tools is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
