Young K. SohnYoung K. Sohn

An industry veteran, Young K. Sohn is CEO of Inphi Corporation, a private Analog semiconductor company.

Known for his ability to grow technology companies through operational and technical excellence, Young brings more than 25 years of management experience working with public and private corporations, including an intimate knowledge of the Asian IC market gained during his tenure with Intel where he founded and built Intel’s Korea business and managed the Samsung-Intel strategic partnership.

Prior to joining Inphi, Young worked as President of Agilent Technologies’ Semiconductor Group (now Avago Technologies). Prior to that time he served as chairman and CEO of Oak Technology and also worked as co-president of Quantum Corporation. He currently holds board positions for ARM Holding PLC, Aristos Logic and Cymer, Inc.

Young earned a BS in electrical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an MS from the MIT Sloan School of Management

Roger K. SmithRoger K. Smith

A noted technologist, Roger K. Smith is President of Source Audio LLC, a new technology enterprise bringing revolutionary ideas in effects control and processing to the music industry. Previously he held numerous positions at Analog Devices.

Roger also serves as Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Milliken and Company and a Director of Merimil Hydro Limited Partners, GMS Timber and K-M Minerals. He also held the position of Director at Mercantile Stores Company, Inc.

Roger received his BS in Electrical Engineering from Boston University. He also holds a BA in German Language and Literature with a minor in Physics and Economics from New York University.
